The Reduction column quantifies the ability of each ontology to normalize text-mined relationships. Reduction is the ratio of the number of normalized relationships and the initial number of raw relationships. The Coverage column quantifies the fraction of raw relationships that are normalized using roles and entity types encoded in the ontology.
