The size of a node indicates the degree of the node indicating the number of connections from the node. (B) Closeness centrality. The closeness centrality analysis identified all three genes in the case study dataset. The visible nodes in the figure all have closeness centrality value equal to ‘0’. The nodes in the figure represent classes and instances contained in the case study. Those nodes displayed in the same color are clustered in the same group by the modularization method of the software Gephi [46].
