Note: the total number in the second column is more than 752; this is due to terms assigned to multiple systems, such as “abnormal testis morphology” [MP:0001146], which occurs in both the endocrine/exocrine gland and reproductive systems headings. Some new terms were added during the Europhenome and Sanger Institute’s Mouse Resource Portal pilot phenotyping projects; others were added recently to describe IMPC pipeline parameters.
