The content has been reduced and simplified to fit into a figure for demonstration purpose. Typical XML-formatted labels from the training set include three main sections: “Text” containing the texts from ADR-relevant sections from drug labels; “Mentions” containing the manually curated ADRs; and “Reactions” containing normalized ADRs in terms of MedDRA terms
