SPARQL Query for union of all named graphs that contain parts of the description. The sub-query of this query searches within the assertions named graph for all triple statements that have Subject: ‘instance anatomy’ and Predicate: ‘bfo:has part’ and retrieves a list of named graph resources (for how to query the URI of the assertions named graph and the instance of ‘instance anatomy’ see Fig. 2). The result of this sub-query lists all named graphs which contain parts of the description and thus parts of the Anatomy Knowledge Graph. The main query provides the union data of the list of named graphs from the sub-query (the result of this query is documented in Additional file 3)
